Refund policy
Effective date: 10 September 2026.
1. Current website status
The website does not accept online payments, subscriptions or orders. No payment is collected through the public pages, so there is currently no automatic online refund flow.
2. Paid work
The price, scope, milestones, acceptance, cancellation and refund rules for inspection, equipment, software, training or support are agreed in the relevant contract, invoice or order documents. If a contract does not contain a refund rule, contact info@innospector.ru before the work starts.
3. Requesting a review
Send the contract or order number, payment date, payer details and a short reason to info@innospector.ru. Do not send bank card numbers or passwords by email. The request is reviewed under the applicable contract and mandatory law.
